It’s never fun when your heat goes out, but Seth made it worthwhile. Less than two hours later we have heat again and the bulk of our annual servicing is done. Seth was fabulous, fun, and informative - definitely deserves a raise. NovelCare has a reputation for quality and service and I can see why. I will be calling them again.
