The seals on every original, builder supplied, window in my home failed within 10 years. I chose Scheel Windows & Doors because they were the only contractor to remove a wndow to measure thickness when doing the estimate and their price was reasonable. Work crew was very professional, took their time, made sure to clean up, and were picky in making sure they provided a good product. Without hesitation they replaced one window that had a blob of sealant between the panes. Our home is warmer with much less condensation and the windows look great so we're very happy with their work. Would recommend.
