We had 05 windows replaced by Clera. Process from getting estimates and installation was efficient. Greg who provided the estimate was pleasant, suggested and explained the product, process well. Took over 03 months from the ordering of windows to installation but not bad considering the global supply chain challenges. I was not there for the installation but my spouse said installation team were nice, pleasant and efficient too. So over all everything went well.

This the second time we have used Closets by Design, first one was in Toronto and second from in Burlington through Closets by Design Niagara. Very friendly staff, walked us through every step and made the process very simple. Installation was almost 03 months after we signed the agreement due to demand but otherwise everything was great. The team who came to install the closets were super nice as well. All in all great experience again and wont hesitate to use them again.

Yuri was great in assisting us when our siding panel came out in the storm. He came over assessed the situation and suggested best options. After paying the deposit, the repair was completed with-in 02 days. Paul and Danny were great as well who came to repair the siding. Will definitely use their services again if needed.
