We just had our windows replaced not only do we feel and hear a difference in the rooms but from the sales rep Craig to the installation crew Joe and Eakam it was a very pleasant experiance. I have never experienced such great customer service and hard workers. We love our windows.

We had Shuttle Moving company referred to us and were very VERY PLEASED with the service. They treated our items like they were theirs. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved with care. Thank you for such great service and ease in moving.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...I purchased a sectional December, they told me it was to arrive February, it didn't arrive until MARCH. I got no curtsey call to notify me and when I called them they had "no idea" what stage my couch was in. When the couch arrived it was ripped, a pillow was missing the button and legs were missing. INSTEAD of them offering to bring the missing legs I had to go pick them up. They screwed up the service call to replace the rip AND the pillow was suppose to be replaced within 2 weeks.....2 MONTHS later I am still waiting for it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE IF YOU WANT A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!!
