I signed a contract in spring 2010 for Cosmos Paving to pave my driveway that summer. Everything seemed fine until 2011, almost a year to the date of the driveway being paved, cracks started to appear. I called and was told by the receptionist that John would come and take a look. Nothing happened. I sent an email asking for a time as to when the problem would be looked into. Again, no response. On at least three additional calls that were made throughout the summer, the receptionist would state that the message would be passed on and that John would take a look. Cosmos failed to respond on every occasion. No call back and John never came by to see the problem. Due to the issues with the quality of work and a serious lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this company.
