We were getting very discouraged with contractors that didn't get back to us with a quote on our deck until we called Align Decking. We sent Dale a message through his website for a quote. He contacted us and made arrangements to meet with us. We wanted to have our deck replaced by the end of the year (2019) and this was now the end of August. Dale told us it could be done. I don't know what Dale thought of me when I asked him if he was going to get back to us with a quote and when he did would he follow through with the work. (We required a tear down of an old deck and a new one built.) True to his word we had a quote and now a beautiful brand new deck that we can now enjoy this coming summer (2020). Dale communicated every detail and any changes that they needed to do to us before they did them. The job site was kept very clean on a daily basis. Dale and Will worked tirelessly through rain, cold and snow to complete our deck. We would recommend Dale of Align Decking to our family and friends.
