- Keep customers informed of target dates for installation in an on-going process, perhaps on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This will make the customer more at ease knowing that he is being looked after and not forgotten.

- Choose a company with a track record that has been around for a while, ask them for references, ask other people for references. Prepare yourself that there may be a wait for your installation during peak seasons: every company is busy, especially the good ones. Make sure you find out how long the job will take.
