Called this company to give me an estimate on the cost of fixing my stove....charged me $45.00 for absolutely nothing, they wanted cash but my instinct told me better and put it on MC....said they will contact me with the cost of the repair within two days...after not hearing from them I called and the woman who answered the phone said that she would get back to me...the tech then phoned said that he was still looking into it and would get back....after a week of the tech visit I contacted the company and the woman on the phone said for me to tell her what is wrong with the stove...I told her that your tech should know and why did I pay the money to tell you over the phone...not feeling comfortable I told her that I want my money back and she told me no way..... I wish I read these reviews before hand...I know that it is not much money but it is the point.....I have contacted MC to dispute the charge and the BBB and made a complaint!!!! Looking forward for her to call and threaten me!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!
