I called Sean on a Friday morning. He was at my home within 30mins and was able to determine my issues was related to previous hot water heater repair by another company. Sean was incredibly professional, he was thorough and even did a basic test in my kitchen to confirm my unit was set appropriately and working efficiently. I cannot say enough positive about this company. If ever I need any repairs or had questions, I would not hesitate to use them and have even recommended them to my mother who is in the market for water services.
