I have gone to Kensal several times for parts for my snowblower - 1998 and still going strong ! Kensal has always had the parts that I needed and in addition, their parts counter staff is always willing to explain how to do the repairs myself. This is a great resource and Kensal has the old fashioned way of dealing with the customer in a very personalized manner. i wouldn't go anywhere else for parts or help.
