Trident PM has been completing projects for us for a few years now. On the last project we completed, we performed an upgrade from clay to PVC to service a new home. Anyone in the field knows the work this type of upgrade requires and the mess that is involved. Working in conjunction with Dave and his crew, we were able to have the plumbing service upgrade completed with the installation of a backwater valve and all new stacks in one day, by no means an easy task. Since the beginning Dave has proven time and time again the reason why we contact him to do all of our plumbing works. From the estimating stage to finishing Dave is on the ball, he analyzes drawings and always tries to exceed the standard. We complete numerous underground plumbing projects together, and time and time again we come out with solutions and jobs completed on time. When it calls for it, Dave is there to make it happen, whether the day is starting early or ending late. When required he isn’t afraid to jump in and grab a shovel to get the job done. I do not hesitate to recommend Trident as a plumbing contractor to other contractors and friends, knowing they will be taken care of and the quality of the work will be second to none.
