I purchased kitchen, bathroom and shower faucets in 2007. Lifetime warranty. Now I have problems with two of the faucets. Have sent several emails and made phone calls to TUBS. Still no response. Very poor business practice!
I have known Preston and his team for the past few years. I have observed their scope of work both before and again upon completion of a job. Their workmanship is something that I would expect from a quality contractor. I have had both family and friends hire Soutar and Sons to roof their homes. All have stated that they had a positive experience. Keep up the good work.
