took awhile to get the installation but got it done in one day. rushed. Sliding door not working properly. front door has a gap, drafty. Service department not interested in coming out but wants picture. really, you can see the struggle of opening the sliding door. Picture shows the front door gap but can you feel the draft? Took over a week just to get a call back and that was only from me calling in a firm tone. Now still waiting for whether someone is coming out to check the problem and fix. I have one more two and 10 windows to fix next. Really don't think it going to be this company. Not a very good start to their service and installation department. Phil the sales guys was nice and friendly.
