All of the people at this company are amazing. Ed came and looked at may basement and followed up shortly with a quote and detailed paperwork so that I understood precisely what the job entailed. Rachel was so amazing, scheduling everything and always answering any questions I had. The work was started and finished in a timely manner. The workers were great! Polite, friendly, very knowledgable and always there to answer any of my questions. I am so relieved knowing my basement is now fixed properly! It was a complicated, large job, but thanks to these guys everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to all the amazing team at BT! Jen
