I contacted Kleiner Services to help move a piano from Vancouver to Burnaby about a month ago. They weren't the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. Their service was awesome. They were in constant contact with me the entire time from the day before the move to when they delivered the piano to my house. Once the truck got to my house, the time it took to move the piano from their truck to the room in my house, it literally took 15 minutes. I offered the three guys some gatorade as it was a pretty hot day. If you're looking for professional movers with great customer service, speedy work, careful handling, and fun guys to talk to, contact Kleiner Services.

Our refrigerator wasn't generating cold air so I called Andy and he was able to come to our house within 1.5 hours. He did an assessment which costs $85 with no time restriction showed that our coils were frozen over and blocked any cool air to enter into our fridge. There were also other parts that needed to be replaced. Not only did Andy help with fixing our fridge, he explained how to properly set our fridge and freezer properly and we got a thermometer from him which shows us exactly how cool our fridge is and what the recommended temperature should be. In addition he noticed our fridge was too close to the wall, so he helped us vacuum the dust from the back of the fridge and placed a pop can behind the fridge so that the fridge would avoid going too close to the wall. He also gave us a tip with our garborator without any charge. Andy's wife was there as well as she assists Andy with phone calls and payment. Andy even called us several hours after the repair to check up on us to make sure our fridge was at the ideal temperature. Talk about service! You pay for what you get...and Andy was well worth it especially when we needed service right away! Thanks Andy!

Nick gutted our little ensuite bathroom and helped us create as much space as possible in our very small bathroom. We picked out the colors, tiles, and vanity and he was able to take our vision and put it altogether. There were very small details that he pointed out that we didn't consider and helped us with making decisions. Given how small the project was, he only took 5 days to complete. I noticed minor deficiencies, and without any issue or complaint, he came back happily and fixed them all. Nick is definitely money worth spent. Don't expect him to be cheap, but as many will tell you...you pay for what you get. If you want a good job with great cleanup and care for your home, then call Nick.
