My furnace started to leak and I have contacted several companies to get a quote for service. All the other companies that I have contacted wanted to send the tech out first and charge the diagnostic fee. When I contacted the First Try Heating and explained to them that I have diagnosed the problem and sent pictures for the unit, not only they waived the diagnostic fee, they gave a reasonable service quote to fix the problem. I will call them again for future services.
