Helder took s a 50% deposit Of $1250 for materials as stated in email contract in late October ‘19, start date nov 15, delayed til nov 30, delayed til December 3. Tore out kitchen, 2 days later installs poor quality cabinets, disconnects sink, no countertop as of dec 3. Messaged profusely asking where the countertop is. He said he ordered it nov 9, I phone to make sure it’s ordered since it’s now dec 12/19, he inquired for pricing but NEVER ordered the countertop, misleading. I message him demanding the countertop because we have no useable sink, no water. Doing dishes in my bathtub for 10 days. He brings a RANDOM countertop dec 13/19, not the countertop I chose with him. He admits he got it elsewhere, didn’t order it like he said he did & brought a totally different countertop wow! No doors, crooked shelves. Drawers are crooked, tight, not smooth gliding & Only provides half, 3+ months later and still incomplete. He constantly makes excuses why he isn’t finishing. He’s done the same to many people in Cambridge, takes deposits doesn’t finish the job. CHECK BBB, he has 5 complaints the same situation @ BBB Terrible contractor! Takes your money & You have to message constantly with a scarce reply. You will have to chase him & Wait & Wait for months in hopes of your kitchen being completed but he doesn’t provide doors & drawer faces because he doesn’t make those, he has a supplier that makes them but won’t tell you the name is that company & makes excuses for weeks and months that his supplier is only running white doors and you want color, next excuse for no doors is the supplier of doors had his CNC machine break down. Of 9 people he’s taken a deposit from, none of them ever received their doors or a finished kitchen, just Poorly crafted cabinets The picture below is 3 months later & that’s it you will lose your hard earned money for some unusable, unfinished cabinets that will never be completed by this contractor. Be sure to check out 5 complaints on Better business bureau all same scenario. He will smooth talk to into believing he’ll take care of you, I’m busy, in over my head, I’ll discount you, just buying more time to keep you on the hook, waiting months and months. I demanded a refund because i couldnt live with an unfinished kitchen any longer. To date he refunded 600 of my 1250 deposit and he delays profusely in refunding the balance. He advertises low prices and that’s because he will only give you some cabinets and never complete making these cabinets useless. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!! You’re just throwing away hard earned money and the most you’ll get it a huge amount of stress chasing after him to finish which he never will

They were given the kitchen less than cost. The all the shelves were adjustable as the drawers I've reimbursed the client and offered the kitchen at cost. They only paid $1250 I didn't run with there money they know where my shop is And I have responded to there calls.
