We ordered 4 appliances from Paddys Market and were shocked on delivery day when one of the appliances looked like it had fallen off the truck when they wheeled it in. Apparently it was a loaner and no one at the store had bothered to communicate that to us. The delivery guy called the store to check as we were told all appliances were in. One was on back order we knew nothing about. Called to complain, salesperson was on holidays. They said they would definitely leave them a note and they would get the salesperson to call me when the got back. They didn't. Still no delivery date for the one item. Went into the store after hearing nothing. Salesperson still not back. Old guy at the computer says whats the problem you got a fridge. Went in once again a week later, salesperson was there didn't seem to know what was going on. Offered me a box of laundry detergent as compensation. If we had been told from the beginning our appliance was on back order there would have been no need for any of this. And i wouldn't have written this negative review. Communicate with your customers, it's simple.
