I have dealt with Gem on many occasions in the past 10 years.This is the 3rd and biggest job to date with them. Seymour was very helpful in helping us select the doors for our project. They arrived as scheduled and were installed less than a week after coming from the factory.Installation was very professionally done and the doors look amazing! Excellent job once again!

Frank returned my call quickly and was prompt and courteous.He re-routed my existing gas line for my stove,fireplace and added a line for my bbq as well as shut-off valves.He had a very narrow space to work with but found a way to get it down and totally cleaned up after he was done.Excellent work! Very highly recommend!

I used Inside and out garden design about 6 years ago.They did a fantastic job on my back yard so i hired them again to do my front.They came up with a great re-design that was a perfect combination of stone and planting which greatly compliments the old victorian style of my home. Many of my neighbours have commented on how great it looks and have even requested their contact information. Work didn't start on time but was totally due to the bad weather we experienced but they always kept me updated anytime we had to push back the start date.All workers were very informative and friendly and answered all my inquiries thoroughly.Work was also completed in the timeframe given.Overall a very stress free experience.Highly recommend!!

I had Gem windows replace a couple of windows in my house about 10 years ago and was very happy.So when i decided to replace the kitchen window i contacted them again. The salesperson was very informative and suggested a greenhouse window.He also suggested i come into their showroom and look at one before purchasing. The installer was also very good and left no mess. They also repaired the hardware in one of my upstairs windows free of charge. I would highly recommend this company.
