patch he removed the old roofing material and put a piece of waterproof material across the area that was leaking. This material should have been properly secured which it was not. Since he never returned to complete the job the material blew apart leaving my entire roof exposed flooding my living room below causing extensive damage to the ceiling areas and floor.. After numerous text messages and practically begging these people to return to complete the job which they were paid for in Full I had no choice but ended up having to bring in another roofing company to conduct this emergency repair which was never completed by Rycon Roofing. So basically cost me double... I asked Dale for a refund for the incomplete portion of work and have never heard from them again.. Buyer Beware....
