Our new puppy chewed through our newly installed garage door wiring. I called them and they came out that same day! They even apologized that they couldn't get to me until the afternoon. What amazing customer service!

They were extremely patient and helpful with suggestions. The only downfall is that they are so busy that sometimes it takes some time for them to get back to you with quotes. But, it's worth it for the quality of work they do.
