Homebuyers were forced into Interim Closing when units are not ready. PDI showed units filthy, very dusty, appliances incomplete and not installed, clothes cabinet do not have doors and shelves, holes on the ceiling, lacks caulking around windows. Took me close to 3 weeks before I could move my things. City should not have allowed the Developer to proceed with Ínterin Closing. Customer Service to rectify deficiencies was uncooperative, totally inefficient. I had to threaten to file CONCILIATION and this prompted them to move. Now Developer is charging homebuyers with outrageous Occupancy Fee. Final closing usually takes 6 months, this Developer seems to aim to take us for a year!!! On the other hand, Issa, Michael, Grigor and Abdo were awesome! They took care of deficiencies. On the other hand Issa, Michael, Gregor and Abdo are Awesome!
