Tom is a great guy, same day I posted my project he contacted me to schedule a visit. He came in, followed the Covid guideline (mask, distancing, etc), measured the space and suggested a few things. Next day he provided a quote, Through a Website which included all the details of his services and milestone payment schedule. After deciding that I was going with Pronto, contacted Tom who gave me his starting date and completion date (which he followed). He installed Drywall on the ceiling correct parts of the framing on the corner and completed a closed reframing and plastering everything. Tom is good with communication (sms), respondes to questions and concerns. End services was superior. He met my expectations and even followed up after the end to make sure there was nothing that I was concerned. I highly recommend Tom (Pronto) which I will do another project in my garage in the summer.

A & K is a great company to work with. Arnold is really professional, very friendly and knowledgeable.  We hired him to correct some issues with previous renovation in 2 bathrooms, specially the wet areas/tiles. We showed him our concerns and he pointed out additional things that we didn’t notice. Arnold is a great person to work with: very easy going, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good feedback and ideas. He would answer right away to any question or concern we had. They started the work very quickly and things were on schedule, very nice finishes and attention to details. They completed the work as agreed. He went over and beyond and completed part of the plumbing he discovered wasn't done properly before at no additional charge. Upon completing the master bathroom we requested a quote for the other bathroom and they started right away doing a full renovation tiles, niche, plumbing, painting and baseboard all done the right way. They always kept everything very clean. I am very picky with details and finishes and he made sure I was happy throughout the whole renovation process. Arnold was always giving us tips for our DYI projects on what to use and the right way to do it. We have other project to complete and we definitely will contact Arnold again. Already referred to a friend for bathroom reno. If you are on the edge to choose a contractor go with Arnold and you will not regret.
