From our first encounter with Granstone we were so pleased. Jennifer was very knowledgable and helpful with our decision. We were never pressured as our experience in other places. They answered our questions and their prices were very comparable to others in the city, but their service was way above the others. WE had a snag in the installation because a piece of the counter was cut incorrectly and the installers would not install a defective cut piece and made sure it was recut and installed correctly and very professionally. My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen and especially our new quartz counter tops.
