Ian at Timber Pointe did our home inspection and as first time home buyers we did a ton of research and wanted above all else peace of mind at an affordable rate. Ian fit us in with no issues, showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection and then took time to be as detailed as he could. He also offered us tips and tricks around the house which was above and beyond our expectations. The best part? Timber Pointe was by far the most affordable inspection out there (trust me, as a millenial I checked). I would recommend Timber Pointe to absolutely everyone for their inspection needs, you won't regret it.
