Oket was polite, showed up when he said he would and made the renovation as easy as he possibly could. We did have some issues which delayed the project but no fault of Oket or his company. The renovation was in a condominium unit, and there was an unknown plumbing issue with the unit above us that needed to be corrected before he could finish his work. The two person team arrived on time, efficiently brought the product in, made quick work of putting the pieces together. Debbie created a terrific design that made use of all possible space. She asked specific question so she would understand our needs, for example, my husband is tall and his shirts need to be hung higher so they don't rest on the shelf below, she made adjustments to the plan so this would work better for us. The guys doing the install, cleaned up all scrap and even swept the floor. I would definitely recommend Closets by Design to anyone that is trying to get organized.
