First off, we couldn’t recommend Vito more. He was absolutely fantastic. Vito was early for the scheduled appointment, he started the external inspection whilst we were waiting for access to the inside of the home. Once inside, Vito took his time and inspected every area of the home. Vito essentially gave us a tour whilst carrying out the inspection, explaining everything to us in great detail, answering all of our questions. The written report was received by us the same afternoon as the inspection. It was incredibly detailed, very clear, fully explained with links to explanations and code requirements, etc. There were a lot of photos of the home, helping us to understand exactly what Vito had found during the inspection. The confidence we’ve gained post-inspection is worth every cent. Vito was great value for for money, and honestly, if we could rate him higher than 10/10, we would. If you’re in need of a home inspection, don’t take any chances, just book Vito and you’ll be assured of professional service. If there’s an issue with the home, no matter how small, Vito will find it. He doesn’t rush, and there’s not one area of the home that isn’t inspected. We would have no hesitation recommending Vito to anyone.
