I had requested an assessment and estimate to repair my eavesthroughs and install a bathroom vent. They were quick and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They worked easily with my schedule.

The results were highly disappointing. They did not follow the list we had agreed on and many areas were left undone. They kept excusing this as the result of using eco-friendly cleaners, but that is BS, elbow grease is all that was needed. When I called to complain , very little was done or offered.
I am the co-founder of Even Better Eco-Friendly Cleaning Services. I personally was at this home. The condition of the house was different from what it was described by the costumer. Very dirty, old and undertaken care of. The costumer said I was cleaned before the previous owners left, that was not the case. Eco-friendly cleaning products work for most of the time, but when a house is not clean for a certain period of time, even the harsh chemical cleaners can not do miracles. There was a following up right away, the costumer was very rude and not understanding that there are instances were eco-friendly cleaning products just don't do miracles. In my personal experience the costumers that claim to be the mos environmentally friendly, they end up being the least people friendly. Very disappointing of this reality that I have found. Well is not a rule I am an environmentally friendly and people friendly.
