My fireplace stop working and I made contact with Steve. I preferred an evening time, so he tried to be accommodating by attempting to get an evening time that suited both him and I. Eventually that was not needed as we were able to accommodate each other during the day. Once we scheduled, Aden came over during a snowy day and was professional and demonstrated his knowledge from the beginning. Within a few minutes, the fireplace was working again. He did some tests for Carbon Monoxide and made some suggestions before he left. Definitely appreciate the entire process. Thanks Aden and Steve Regards Nik A.
