Reliance services our furnace and air conditioner annually. We have had several occassions where they need to order the part and schedule another appointment to install the part. They have been reliable in their follow-up. Only wish they could carry more parts for reasonably new equeipment.

Removed the old asphalt in a single day then leveled the drive with new gravel to allow for drainage. They came back a month later and place another load of stone on the drive to enhance the drainage. Excellent service.

Leather furniture coverage not honoured by United Store.when leather started to discolour.After the stores lack of response I cContacted the BBB but United's head office chose not to respond to BBB. Will not use United Furniture again. .
