We are extremely disappointed with our bathroom renovation. They ignored our requests. We had a laundry chute that we told them had to be preserved. The chute is now less than half of its original size. The medicine cabinet is not plumb and sticks out from the wall more on one side than the other. We have no towel racks in the main bathroom because they refused to install them where we wanted them. The lights in the bathroom flash when we turn them on. Obviously they used the wrong electrical switches. My recommendation to anyone would be DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I am very disappointed with the work that Moose did on our bathrooms. For a start they damaged the walls in three adjoining bedrooms. The medicine cabinet in the main bathroom is not straight. We had a laundry chute in our old bathroom. We told them it had to preserved. We no longer have a usable chute. The opening is half the size or less of the original opening. My advice is DON"t USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. So far they have not responded to our complaints. As a result we withheld part of the final payment

I was completely satisfied with their work. it started out with two window wells. When they were dug up they discovered that the weeping tiles had collapsed. They ended up waterproofing the whole basement. After the job was finished they cleaned up thoroughly.

We hired Chandler to do work on my mother inlaw's house several years ago. We were completely satisfied with the work. Based on that experience we hired him to work on our house last winter. The project was a disaster from start to finish. When the electrical panel was installed I pointed out a problem to Chandler. He agreed that it should be fixed. A week later I mentioned it to him again. A week later hydro inspector came by and I asked him to look at it. He described the work as shoddy and told me to call the Electrical Safety Association. I called Chandler and told him that if he didn't fix the problem that I would call the ESA. The electrician was here within three hours and fixed the problem. When they started to install the pot lights they realized that they had made a huge mistake. They assumed that there was a room above the family room. But there isn't. It is an attic space. Because insulated spaces require a totally different type of box part of the ceiling had to be removed. This added about $3000 to the cost. Then they left us with no ceiling for three weeks. This was in the heart of winter and cold air poured in. Finally they came to repair the ceiling. It was amateur hour. The holes in the ceiling for the lights were too big. I ended up filling them myself. The day the worker was to fill the joints he forgot to bring the drywall mud. The day that he came to sand the joints he forgot his sanding tools. I had to lend him mine. When I went to paint the ceiling I noticed several cracks. Chandler came and looked at them but never did send anybody to fix them. Unfotunately I had paid him. Based on this experience I would never consider hiring him again.
