Nick came out on schedule like promised, we thought we had a leak in the toilet and he changed the seal, we then discovered that was not the source of our leak and Nick came back and said if it was still leaking he would adjust the price if he was still needed, we found the leak and it was all fixed and there was no charge, Great service, Highly recommend him Thank you
