Regrout existing tile floor and clean mould from shower and replace caulking. Owen went above and beyond the original scope by caulking around the toilet and baseboard making the bathroom look complete when finished. The bathroom looks fresh and clean after this work. Very happy with the results! Owen’s original quote remained constant, and did not change following the completion of work. Very honest and up front with the pricing.
