We are greatly appreciative to Nick, as he helped us out of a difficult situation. A gas technician was hired to install a gas stove. Unfortunately, this technician made a mistake and instead of fixing it, he made excuses and asked for more money. In the end he walked away leaving us in a dangerous situation. Nick assessed the problem, repaired the mistake and installed the stove. Nick's knowledge and quick response showed us how unqualified and dishonest the other technician was.
