The popcorn ceiling of our 80 yr old bungalow had developed many cracks and was in need of repair. The work Francisco did included sanding the old stucco, which was done with a dustless sander, repairing the ceiling and applying another popcorn finish. Our biggest concern was the preservation of the original wood molding on the ceiling. Francisco was honest and realistic with us about the project and our expectations. He solved our ceiling problem beautifully with quality craftsmanship and care and attention to detail. We are very appreciative of his courteous and conscientious work as well as the consideration he took about the disruptions to our daily activities.
