Our experience with Super Powers was impressive from beginning to end. Christian replied promptly to my email request with a detailed quote. The appointment was made and he kept me informed as to his arrival time. He cleaned the carpets and my couches and they look amazing. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so there was plenty of work to be done. We are very impressed with Super Powers, highly recommend Christian, and will definitely use them again.

In order to get our rental property on the market the roof had to be replaced. We had used DRR previously on our home and they had done a beautiful job, so of course we called them again. The work was complicated because the previous owners had laid 2 other roofs on top of the original. DRR had to do more work than they had estimated but didn't charge us extra, they kept to their original quote which was quite impressive. The work was done very well, very quickly, and the price was quite reasonable. Highly Recommended!!

I requested quotes for the work I needed done at my rental property from a number of companies. Jeremy was the first to provide a quote which was very competitive. Best of all he could schedule me in very quickly. I met him on the day specified and asked him to do a few additional items, not on the original quote. This was on the advice of my realtor who had come out the day before. Jeremy was able to accommodate the additional requests which was fantastic. The front and back yards look so much better, much more spacious and the trees and lilac bushes look very happy! I'm sure the 'new look' will help my property to sell quickly, and I would highly recommend Open Canopy.

As a landlord the calls I dread most are electrical issues, and so was disheartened to hear that one of my tenants fridge had stopped working. The problem was the outlet. I've dealt with other electrical companies and was not looking forward to finding a new electrician, as I had previously felt that I had been overcharged for work done. So, after carefully reviewing my favourite site 'Homestars', I contacted COLZ Electric and am happy to say that the reviews are absolutely true, they are professional, personable and well priced. They are flexible in their scheduling and gave me plenty of notice to get over to the unit. Tom was very knowledgable and efficient. I felt very confident in his work and have now found my new electricians!

Our renters moved out and we needed a massive cleaning done. I just wasn't up to the job. It looked as though the bathrooms and fridge and oven and microwave etc., hadn't been clean in a good year or more. It was shocking. I contacted Sugar Tree and Allison was very professional and sympathetic. It took time, but the girls did an amazing job and my house looks beautiful again. We so appreciate the hard work done by Sugar Tree and totally recommend Allison and her team. It was well worth every penny.

We were getting our house ready to sell and had a lot of work that needed to be done. Grant was amazing! He helped us complete our basement reno mudded and taped drywall, installed doors, put on baseboards, fixed a sliding door, fixed leaky gutters, changed some deck boards, etc, etc. His work is top quality, his prices very reasonable, he is very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Highly Recommended!!

Shane, from 24/7 Electric arrived on time and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. He took the time to fully explain what the procedures and costs would be. He was very professional, personable and helpful. We highly recommend 24/7!

The washing machine at my rental property was not emptying water. We had checked the hose and couldn't find the problem. Tiernan arrived on time, identified the problem and fixed it in a very short time for a reasonable fee. I will definitely call him again, and highly recommend this company! It's such a relief to find a great appliance repair man!

We had an excellent experience with Done Right roofing. Darcy came out and explained the entire process, helped us choose the right colour and gave us a great quote. I had previously done my research, and had gotten 5 other quotes, and was very happy with the price and the work that was to be done. The entire job was done in 2 days! We saw the polite, professional crew early on Thursday morning, and they were finished by Friday afternoon. There was no evidence of them ever being there - except for the beautiful new roof that my husband and I can't stop admiring. As my husband said "this is the way you want it done!" Done Right!!

I've called Andy 3 times for 3 different jobs both at our rental property and at our house. I've been impressed each time. He's on-time, very courteous, and reasonably priced like so many others have said. But most importantly he knows his stuff! He's got great solutions, does not try to sell you things you don't need, and gets the job done quickly. It's such a relief knowing a plumber you can trust!

My house was up for sale, but there were 2 quite unsightly carpet stains which extensive cleaning did not remove. I did not want to replace the carpet, and my Bro-in-law suggested carpet repair. KGR did excellent work. Run by a couple, that has been doing this work for over 30 years. They were on time and the price was what was quoted. One repair was quite camouflaged and the other was only slightly visible. Definitely helped me sell the house without having to replace the carpet!! Highly recommended!

Harry and Maxine did an amazing job cleaning my home. I can't remember when it looked so good. We're putting our house up for sale and they really made it sparkle. I plan to use this company in my new home!

I called this company based upon previous Homestar reviews, and was very happy with the service. Reid was honest, reliable and did an amazing job with my carpets. He takes well deserved pride in his work. I liked it when he said 'machines don't get your carpets clean , the person cleaning it does.', My home is going up for sale soon, and I thought the carpets would be a problem, and now they're an asset!!

I called Vinyl Pro after reading the reviews on HomeStar. What caught my eye were the comments regarding the great price for great service and high quality. After getting quotes from a few companies, I was definitely convinced about the price. It was literally thousands lower than the other quotes. We had to replace 16 windows - 4 of which were in the basement and had to be dug out. We were equally impressed with the service. Yuri was out the same day I called and we easily came to an agreement. The windows were delivered and installed exactly then they were suppose to be. The installers were very professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. And the windows are gorgeous! We can't believe how beautiful they are! It makes the house look new again.! We couldn't be happier with the whole process, and defiinitely recommend Vinyl Pro!
