We are new to the area and needed to find someone to winterize our irrigation system. (We have had some awful service from the company that apparently installed it). Naiad was very easy to deal with for a booking, and was able to complete our winterization quickly and efficiently, with no hassles at all. The Service tech was professional, polite and down to business. Customer service team was wonderful and very easy to deal with. Hands down, five star recommendation for Naiad!
