Called Bob's Refrigeration for service to a malfunctioning heat pump. Serviceman Habib showed up and took a look. He was knowledgeable, calm and comforting in his explanation of possible issues. He worked his magic and we have heat again. We have used Bob's before and have been very pleased each time. Thank you Bob and your team!
