Needed a new roof and gutter covers for my ederly mother's home. Roof was installed June 25/20 and roof itself paid for immediately. Steve said it would take a couple of weeks for the gutter covers to come in to be installed. Despite my many phone calls and emails over the last 3 months about their status, I got absolutely no response from Steve. Although we were pleased with his initial work we are not happy with his lack of follow up. I shudder to think of how he might handle a warranty issue should a problem arise.

I am sorry that you feel this way . Due to covid -19 we where we closed for a couple months. I have emailed you several times this week , since things seem to be getting back to normal . If you actually check your invoice you where never charged for the gutter guards. I completed everything I was paid for on my contract !!' I'm sorry this pandemic has put everyone behind. Also unless there is a problem with your roof we don't "follow up " . FYI I have 100's of satisfied customers and treat my clients like family . As you can tell folks this is my only negative review ! And Unfortunately the details are inaccurate
