Peter has now done 2 home inspections for me, both in 2012. I was extremely impressed with the service he provided. The inspections were extremely thorough; he took his time and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring he didn't miss anything. Peter was also very patient and willing to explain in detail anything I was interested in; and I'm interested in a lot, and I learnt a fair bit. Although professional and serious when it comes to performing his job, Peter is also quite personable and easy to get along with. At the end of the inspection, I was given a large binder with the results, along with a wealth of other information concerning building code and proper construction. This is a useful resource for any homeowner interested in proper maintenance and upkeep. Of particular note, is the fact that after the inspection the service continues. I had a number of questions and Peter and his partner Teresa were more than willing to help out. I actually called them at 10pm one night to ask a question and they were happy to provide me with the information I needed! Overall I would highly recommend Peter Weeks as a home inspector.
