We were unfortunate enough to have hot water flood the main floor long enough to damage the entire main floor hardwood. we spent a lot of time searching for the right hardwood and we found it at Invision Hardwood & Decor. Roy was very patient with us as we looked through almost every natural oak and hickory samples available. Aside from tremendous patience and professionalism, he also made available large sample pieces to take home to see what the wood looked like. Our order was delayed as the one we wanted was simply out of stock at the factory. We decided to wait it out (it was EXACTLY what we wanted), and after a great installation experience (Invision recommend installers), we are extatic with our floors. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. We’ll definitely use them again when it’s time to finish the basement.
