Roofer's subcontractors unable to install skylights,put in screws that broke the seal and warrenty from Columbia Skylights. Did not follow up, had to get another company to re-do their work, had to purchase new skylights. They did not put in new joists, which was subsequently done by another contractor. Refused to answer phone calls, e-mails and lawyers letters.
