I had a gear breaking on my garage door opener, called precision after a friend recommended them, a tech was at my house within 2 hrs diagnosed the problem and found out the my opener gear was broken. Took him 30 min to switch the gear unit as lube my door. he could easily sell me a new opener unit but instead he was honest and just dealt with the actual issue. defiantly will recommend.
