I was referred to Gatis at Latark by another contractor. Gatis was simply amazing. He immediately identified the problem, presented reasonable options to correct and completed the work within the week - even working over the long weekend. The job required that the shower tile on the walls and floor be removed and the shower floor liner and drain be replaced at a house that is occupied by my tenant. He was efficient, cost effective, professional and did fantastic work! My tenant was also extremely impressed with Gatis' work and prompt coordination with the tenant. I've already lined up Latark to do more work around the house.
