Tom is amazing! My husband and I were trying to install some smart switches in our new home but couldn’t seem to figure out which wires connected to where. I sent a request to get a quote on the installation of two smart switches thinking I wouldn’t actually get a response. To my surprise, I received a call about an hour later from Tom. I definitely wasn’t expecting a response especially on a Sunday. After a very friendly chat and a few photos exchanged, the smart switches now work perfectly! I really didn’t think anyone would just help us fix the switch over the phone instead of charging us to fix it. I’m really grateful that Tom isn’t money driven and really just wanted to help us out with a quick solution. I now have his number saved under phone as “Great Electrician Guy Tom”. I will be sure to contact him for any other electrical projects that we have in the future. I would highly recommend this company!
