I had 3 consultations with Rob, very accommodating, extremely professional. The timing of their arrival was right on key, almost to the minute. This company has the skill, and the equipment needed to do the job at hand. The coolest machine for hard to get at spots, we’re feeling better about the safety in the backyard with the dead limbs out of the trees, and, that it helps with the overall health of them as well. Barring any emergencies with the oak and walnut in our yards, I’ll be calling on Rockwood to do another maintenance call in the coming years. Price was more than fair.
