This project involved demolition, installation of a waterproof membrane subfloor, installation of porcelain tiles, grout, caulk, baseboard, floor vent cover and paint. SG Contracting were in constant communication regarding price estimates, tile selection and the time frame for work completion. The crew were always prepared and could answer any questions/concerns in a professional manner. Work areas were kept clean and materials were organized. The contractors also cleaned their areas at the end of each day. As a repeat customer I was treated respectfully and SG ensured that I was satisfied with this project. I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend SG Contracting!

1)Renovate laundry room (framing-insulate exterior wall;drywall,prime,seal,pain;waterline/drain;relocate all electrical/plumbing;tiling floor;pot lights/outlets-install new laundry tub 2)Build new full bathroom(shower stall,toilet, vanity,door,accesories,tiling floor and shower ceiling;marble tiling shower stall floor, pot lights/outlets, relocate all plumbing/electrical;prime/seal/paint. Soroush and his team were highly professional,courteous, tidy- had open communication, gave constant feedback, listened to our concerns and gave professional advice. I am very pleased with the high quality of work and within a reasonable budget! Thank you!
