My husband and I had many quotes and did much research to find that the Salesman Paul with your company was knowledgeable, caring, professional, helpful and genuine. No pressure. He answered all our follow up questions and we made the decision to go with your company. I must say that we own a 150 year old home. (Nothing easy about that) We decided it was time to update the furnace, add air conditioning, move and replace the water tank, as well as have a humidifier installed. Paul did the research needed and continued to touch base with us and keep us informed. The installers were very friendly, professional and clean. Glen the owner came to check on the job. Nice to see that. Well, we and the dog (Frog) have had a very comfortable summer and will for sure recommend you to family and friends. Thanks again for the great service and experience looking forward to continued wonderful service with the new units.
