On short notice Stepcon Engineering conducted an inspection of my property to properly size columns and beams that were previously installed by a contractor. After a few days a full structural report with recommendations was provided and I was able to get the modifications done on time to sell my house. No issues selling my house thanks to the report. Great response time and good quality professional work. Would definitely recommend.
