Excellent job by Domenic and his team. He somehow squeezed us in within a few weeks, and we could not be happier with design and quality of the install. BNZ were very responsive and worked with us on a few design changes during the install. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The pictures say it all!

Getting a lovely home ready for sale in eastern Mississauga, when I recognized Arjay repairing the garage door of the attached neighbour. I mentioned he and his partner helped a little while ago at our home in the Beaches, and asked if he would tighten the spring a few turns for us. 2 minutes later, we have a proper functioning door at no charge. Arjay and his partner (apologies name escapes me) are stand up guys, and I highly recommend offering them your business when the need arises.

Tristan and team removed weedy top layer, dropped down soil layer and 200+ square feet of high quality blue grass sod for a very competitive price. After cleanup, the front yard looks amazing. Would highly recommend OTF.

Replace sewage ejector with a new home owner supplied unit
Good communication, responsive and quality work. I am please with the diagnostic visit by Alex and install by Rob. I would have given 10/10, but the price was a bit high considering the amount of time required to install the replacement unit versus the price paid. Owing to uncertainly of waste disposal in the city, the technician left the broken ejector behind, so I will need to deal with this. Lastly, Rooter-Man added a $15 fuel surcharge on both visits. Since they said they have technicians working all over the city/GTA and charge a premium price for their services, this seems like a cash grab to me.

Replaced Carrier Comfort A/C Condenser
Max replied around 10 pm, and arrived the next day, a Saturday, at noon as promised. He suggested the likely cause based on my description, and was correct, the starter needed to be replaced. The repair was completed in 30 minutes, while wearing PPE N95 mask. Very responsive, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
